Habitat's Board of Directors, up to 24 local volunteers, represent a variety of denominations and occupations.  The board meets the second Monday of each month at 5 p.m. at the Habitat office to determine policy and review operations.  Management of the Affiliate rests with the Board of Directors, with each Board member serving on one or more of the committees.

Board members agree to a term of three years and can serve two consecutive terms before having to take a mandatory year off the board.
