CARPET: 5' X 5' or larger, in good to excellent condition, with no visible wear or tear, no stains and no animal smells.
HARDWOOD/PARQUET FLOORING:  minimum of 25 square feet.
VINYL TILE OR SHEET VINYL:  any quantity of new material.

electrical...
Residential electrical items only.

hardware...
Complete sets of door hardware, any quantity of hinges, nails, screws, hangers, connector, etc.

paint...
Quarts and gallon containers of full, unopened, non-rusted cans only.

plumbing...
SINKS:  all types of kitchen & bathroom sinks (no rust or cracks).
TOILETS:  no cracks, good condition, any color.
BATHTUBS:  fiberglass or steel
SHOWER ENCLOSURES:  white enclosures only (no cracks or stains).
FAUCETS:  complete faucet sets only.
HARDWARE:  fittings, piping, etc.

lumber...
DIMENSIONAL:  6' lengths or longer of treated or untreated.
SHEET GOODS:  full sheets of particle board, pressboard, plywood, paneling, etc.
TRIM & MOULDING:  6' lengths or longer.

lighting...
Good to excellent condition.  Complete and in working order.

masonry...
Brick, block, glass block, cement & mortar (any quantity of new material)>

storm windows & doors...
Must have all windows & screens, tracking & framing with no cracked glass or ripped screens.

windows...
Double-hung, picture & bay: complete window units with all sashes, no rot, cracked or foggy glass.

furniture ...
Living room, bedroom, dining room, nursery, office: no tears or stains.

home furnishings ...
Lamps, small appliances, pictures, flower arrangements, knick-knacks, rugs, dishes.
