Personnel Committee

The Personnel and Nominating Committee is responsible for seeking, evaluating and recommending leaders to oversee the work of HFHRV.

The Personnel and Nominating Committee includes in its membership individuals who are not members of the Board of Directors. Members agree to serve on the committee for a period of at least one year. The Chair of the Personnel and Nominating Committee will be a member of the Board of Directors.

The duties and responsibilities of the Personnel and Nominating Committee includes the following:

	Recruiting and training of Personnel and Nominating Committee members
	Recruiting and recommending approval of affiliate board members, committee chairs and staff to Board of Directors
	Ensuring that new board members, committee chairs and staff receive appropriate training
	Evaluating performance of Executive Director and recommending appropriate remuneration of all employees to Board of Directors
